We have few announcements to share with you following our AGM and presentation from Craig Thaine last Thursday. Firstly, congratulations to our new committee nominations: Susan McLaren, Faezah Mehrang , Leslie Robertson. Biographies and full committee list to follow in our midyear newsletter.

Secondly, Craig Thaine's seminar slide presentation is now available - see below. Lastly, the University of Auckland has posted a special session for postgraduate students at the CLL (School of Cultures, Languages and Linguistics on the 22nd of May 2018. See here details. We are excited to invite you to ourend of year, almost Xmas AKTESOL event! Come and be inspired by our guest speaker, network and enjoy each other's company with food, drinks and fun. The location is perfectly placed to head on out to bars and restaurants for a drink or dinner in the city after the event.

When: Friday 24th November from 5:15pm to 7:30pm
